TGV trains
High-speed TGV InOui and Ouigo trains connect Charles de Gaulle Airport with more than 50 domestic and international destinations several times a day, including :
Brussels, Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy (Disneyland), Aix-en-Provence, Angers, Avignon, Bordeaux, Le Mans, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Poitiers, Reims, Rennes, Strasbourg, and more.
Plan your journey
On some routes, you can choose between two train services : TGV InOui and OUIGO. TGV InOui is the premium option, offering greater comfort, onboard services, and more flexible ticket policies. OUIGO is the budget-friendly high-speed train, providing lower fares with fewer amenities and stricter conditions.
We recommend booking your train ticket in advance to secure a better fare and, most importantly, because trains are often fully booked. If you’re looking for a cheap last-minute ticket, consider traveling on weekdays and outside of peak hours – ideally in the late morning or mid-afternoon. For bookings, schedules, and fare information, please visit sncf-connect.com or use your preferred travel app.
Combined flight and train ticket
Several airlines have partnered with the French National Railway (SNCF) to offer seamless air-to-rail connections. When booking through these airlines, you can check in for both your flight and train simultaneously. You’ll receive a combined ticket that covers your international flight to or from Charles de Gaulle Airport and your TGV journey to or from your final destination.
Train+Air and AIR&RAIL services are available when booking with the following airlines :
Air Austral, Air France, Air Tahiti Nui, Cathay Pacific, Delta, Emirates, Etihad, Malaysia, Oman Air, Qatar Airways, Sri Lankan, Vietnam Airlines.
Please consult your airline or travel agent for further details and booking arrangements.
Booking your tickets separately
If you arrange your own connection without a combined ticket, please allow sufficient time to clear security and passport control (if required), complete check-in or baggage reclaim, and transfer to or from the railway station.
Transfer Air ➔ Rail
After landing, allow at least 60 to 90 minutes to clear passport control (if required), collect your baggage, and reach the train station. Upon exiting, follow the signs marked ‘Train station’.
If needed, visit the AIR&RAIL or Train+Air counter on Level 2 to collect your train ticket.
Transfer Rail ➔ Air
After leaving the train station, simply follow the signs to your departure terminal, then proceed to check-in and boarding.
Allow 15 to 30 minutes to reach your terminal.
Catching trains
TGV trains serve the ′Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2′ station, located directly beneath Terminal 2. Terminals 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, and 2F are within walking distance of the station. Passengers traveling to Terminals 1 or 3 should take the CDGVAL shuttle train.
The station offers ticket counters and machines, seating areas, free Wi‑Fi, restrooms, cafés, and convenience stores.
Transfers to Paris train stations
If your journey involves a transfer between Charles de Gaulle Airport and a Paris railway station, we recommend allowing a minimum of 2.5 hours between your scheduled arrival and departure times to ensure a smooth and stress-free connection.
