Lost items in the terminal public areas
″Paris Aéroport″ stores items that are found in the terminal premises (security checkpoints, boarding gates, car parks,…).
Please submit an enquiry using the lost property form below or proceed directly to ″Paris Aéroport″ lost property office.
If your item has been found, you will be sent an email letting you know your item was found, this notification will provide pick-up and shipping instructions.

The lost property office is located at the TGV-RER station Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 (Level 3).
Open daily 09:00-12:00 ; 13:00-17:30.
Lost items on an aircraft, in a lounge
Airlines store lost items left onboard aircraft or in private premises such as airline lounge.
Please proceed to “Service Bagage” in the baggage reclaim area for assistance.
If you have already left the airport, contact your airline directly or the handling agent representing the airline you travelled with.
