Please submit an enquiry using the lost property form below. You will only be contacted if your item is found, with details on pick-up and shipping. There’s no need to call beforehand.
Paris Aéroport lost property pick up point (by invitation only) : Bureau des Objets trouvés, nearby the TGV-RER station Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 (on Level 3).
Open daily 09:00-12:00 ; 13:00-17:30.
Lost on an aircraft, in a lounge

Airlines keep lost items left onboard aircraft or in private areas like airline lounges. For assistance, please visit the ′Service Bagage′ desk in the baggage reclaim area. If you’ve already left the airport, contact your airline directly or the handling agent representing your airline.
Lost baggage (checked-in) enquiries
Baggage handling and delivery is your airline’s responsibility from check-in to collection. For inquiries relating to delayed/missing/lost luggage please contact your airline directly.
