Welcome to Paris-CDG !

Follow our step-by-step guide for Arriving passenger.
Here you can find detailed information on Charles de Gaulle Airport’s arrival procedure.

Landing at Paris-CDG

If your final destination is Paris, follow signs for arrivals & baggage reclaim (Baggage-Exit) on leaving the aircraft.
If you are connecting between flights, please visit our dedicated guide.

Paris-CDG is formed by Terminal 1, Terminal 2 (with seven sub-terminal buildings listed 2A to 2G) and Terminal 3.

Border check

If you are flying from a Non-Schengen country, your first stop after arrival will be passport control.

Some foreign nationals must present, in addition to their passport, a Schengen visa when they enter France.

Baggage claim

While in the baggage reclaim area look for your flight on the information screens and check the carousel number.
Free baggage trolleys are provided for your use.

Baggage enquiries

Baggage handling and delivery is your airline’s responsibility from check-in to collection.
If you need to make a baggage enquiry please contact your airline or handling agent in baggage reclaim.
If you have left anything on board an aircraft or airline bus, please contact the airline immediately.

French Customs

You’ll pass French Customs after baggage reclaim, before you enter the public arrivals area.

Passengers who have not exceeded the duty-free allowance and have nothing to declare should go directly through the exit doors.
All other passengers, or passengers who are unsure should stop at the French Customs office.

Arrival hall

Each terminal has it’s own arrival hall, located in the public area after customs & baggage reclaims.

Airport visitors can verify the terminal and designated exit on the airport monitors.
Meeting points are located in each terminal after the baggage reclaim area.
