Terminal 2E handles international flights – outside the Schengen Area – for airlines such as Air France, Aeromexico, Air Mauritius, China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Delta, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, Middle East Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, and others.
Terminal 2E is open daily during flight departure and arrival hours. At night, from 12:00am to 4:00am, access to the public area is restricted to passengers with a valid boarding pass. Please note that there are no designated areas for overnight stays.
Terminal map
The Terminal 2E complex consists of a main building and three boarding halls (gates K, L, and M). Gates K are next to the main building, while gates L and M are farther away and can be reached via an automated shuttle.

From and to CDG
Terminal 2E is accessible by train via the Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 station, about a 10-minute walk away.
A taxi stand is located on the Arrivals level, at exit 10a. Drop-off and pick-up for ride-hailing services such as Uber, Bolt, and Free Now take place on the Departures level, at exit 16a.
Terminal 2E is also served by buses including Roissybus, RATP lines 350 and 351, night buses Noctilien N140 and N143, and Magical Shuttle (Disneyland).
Hotels
Hotels near the terminals or around Charles de Gaulle Airport are perfect for transit passengers, early departures, and late arrivals, providing comfort and convenience exactly when you need it.
Yotel, located after security near gates L, offers cabin rooms for transit passengers to book by the hour or for overnight stays.

Tax Refund
The customs tax refund counters are open during flight departure and arrival hours. They are located before security on the Departures level, near exit 3d.
Car Rental
Car rental desks (Europcar, Sixt, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Alamo, and more) are located just outside terminals 2E-2F, accessible from the Arrivals level, exit 2A. They are typically open from 6am to 11pm.

Passenger journey – Terminal 2E
Departure
Go to the Departures level. Check the information screens in the terminal to find your flight’s check-in area and boarding gate (K or L or M).
After check-in and baggage drop-off, go to the center of the terminal for passport control. Then follow the signs to Gates K (straight ahead) or Gates L and M (to the left). A transit train is needed to reach gates L and M.
You’ll need to go through security before heading to the boarding gates.
Arrival
Follow the Exit-Baggage signs upon arrival. Passengers arriving at Gates L or M should take the transit train to reach the main building.
You must go through passport control.
Visitors and passengers can meet at the baggage claim exit on the Arrivals level, between exits 8a and 10a.

The departure terminal for your flight is usually specified when you book your trip, and it is also indicated on your plane ticket or travel itinerary.

What time should I arrive at the airport for my departure ?
To ensure a stress-free departure, arrive at the airport well in advance :
■ Long-haul flights
3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
■ Domestic and medium-haul flights
90 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
If you already have your boarding pass and don’t have any checked baggage, you can arrive later at the airport by skipping the check-in counters.
Where can I meet someone at Charles de Gaulle Airport ?
Paris-Charles de Gaulle has several terminals, so make sure you know your departure or arrival terminal.

Is Charles de Gaulle Airport open at night ?
The terminals’ landside areas remain open at night for passengers holding a ticket for an upcoming departing flight. However, there are no designated waiting areas or rest spaces for overnight stays.
Numerous hotels are located near the terminals or within close proximity to the airport.
Where can I rest and take a shower at Charles de Gaulle Airport ?
Some airlines offer private lounges where you can relax before or after your flight.
Access to these lounges is reserved for eligible passengers.
Is there luggage storage at Charles de Gaulle Airport ?
The left-luggage service at Charles de Gaulle Airport is located in Terminal 2, near the TGV-RER train station (Level 4).
