All transport tickets must now be loaded onto your phone or smartwatch using the Île-de-France Mobilités app (or onto a Navigo Easy travel card) available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Note: Some transport tickets cannot be used together on the same device (for example, Metro-Train-TER tickets with Paris Region-Airports tickets), click here for details.
Buy tickets with the app
First, search for IDFM in your app store.
Tap the Purchase tab at the bottom of the home screen.
To change your language from the French homepage in the app, tap “Mon espace” (My account), then scroll down to “Paramètres” (Settings), and select “Langue et accessibilité” (Language and Accessibility).
Choose where to load your tickets,
On your phone – or on a Navigo travel card (please click here for details).
Which ticket would you like – Single, Day Pass, or Travel Pass ?
Single tickets = Bus, Metro, RER, or Airport tickets…
Day tickets = Navigo Day Pass.
Package = Paris Visite, Navigo Weekly or Monthly passes…
Select the tickets or packages to purchase/to load.
An email address is required to send the purchase receipt, and you must accept the terms and conditions before proceeding to payment.
Payment can be made with most credit and debit cards, such as MasterCard and Visa.
Apple Pay or Samsung Pay may also be available, depending on your phone. Other payment methods such as PayPal or American Express are not accepted.
Your digital tickets-loaded in the app or on your Navigo pass-are ready to use.
