Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for items of lost property to be processed.
You will be contacted if there is a match on the lost property database.

Please submit an enquiry using the lost property form below.
If your item has been found, you will be sent an email letting you know your item was found, this notification will provide pick-up and shipping instructions.
Paris Aéroport lost property pick up point (by invitation only) :
Bureau des Objets trouvés, nearby the TGV-RER station Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 (on Level 3).
Open daily 09:00-12:00 ; 13:00-17:30.
Lost on an aircraft, in a lounge
■ Contact your airline
Airlines store lost items left onboard aircraft or in private premises such as airline lounge.
Please proceed to “Service Bagage” in the baggage reclaim area for assistance.
If you have already left the airport, contact your airline directly or the handling agent representing the airline you travelled with.
Lost baggage (checked-in) enquiries
Baggage handling and delivery is your airline’s responsibility from check-in to collection.
