Online & Mobile Check-in
Checking in before you arrive at the airport is the fastest and most convenient method.

Your boarding card is sent directly by mail (to print) or SMS/MMS.
■ If you have baggage to check-in you can leave it at the Bag Drop desk.
■ If you only have carry-on baggage you can go directly through security and then to your gate.
Airport Check-in

The majority of flights will be open to check-in from 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.
■ You can check-in using the self-service kiosks to choose your seat and print your boarding pass.
■ If carrying a hold bag, you can check it in at the Bag Drop.
Airline staff will be on hand to assist with the check-in process and to answer any queries you may have.
Passenger assistance
Passenger assistance is provided by your airline.
This includes passengers who require a wheelchair, are travelling with pets, oversized baggage or as an unaccompanied minor.
Please notify your airline or travel agent of your needs when booking your flight or at least 48 hours prior to your departure.
Proceed to the relevant check-in desks and speak to an airline representative who will be able to help if you require travel assistance.
Ensure check-in is completed at the check-in counter at least 60 minutes prior to the flight’s check-In deadline.
Check-in deadlines at Paris-CDG
The purpose of deadlines is to guarantee that flights can depart on time.
Please consider the times given by your airline for collecting boarding cards, dropping bags and arriving at the gate.

Non-Schengen = 60 min.
Africa* = 90 min.
* Except Algeria, Cairo, Morocco, Tunisia, South Africa = 60 minutes.
