Licensed taxis in Paris are normal cars with a ′Taxi Parisien′ sign on the roof, a taxi fare meter and a badge with the driver’s license number.
Only taxis located at official taxi stands are allowed to take customers. If you are approached by people posing as taxi drivers when leaving the baggage claim area, please decline any offers of transportation.

Taxi fares between CDG Airport and central Paris are fixed. You pay the same price in both directions, regardless of traffic or travel time. Other journeys to Paris suburbs or long-distance trips are metered, with fares calculated according to the taxi meter.

Taxi-app

Taxis ordered via an app, such as Uber and Bolt, have their own stop at CDG Airport, called the Ride app pick-up point. In the terminal, follow the signs to this official location.

Please note : ride-hailing services do not offer a fixed ′airport flat rate′ like taxis. Fares are not regulated and may vary depending on demand.
