Here you’ll find detailed information on the arrival process at Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Step 1.

Arrive at CDG Airport

Paris-CDG Airport includes Terminal 1, Terminal 2 (with sub-terminals 2A to 2G), and Terminal 3. If Paris is your final destination, follow the signs for Baggage–Exit after leaving the aircraft.

Step 2.

Immigration

If you’re arriving from a Non-Schengen country, you’ll go through border control, where immigration officers will check your passport or identity card and any supporting documentation necessary for your visit.

Baggage reclaim

While in the baggage reclaim area, check the information screens for your flight and the assigned carousel number. Free baggage trolleys are available for your convenience.
Please note that porter services are not available in the luggage delivery area.

Customs

After reclaiming your baggage, please proceed to the French Customs. Passengers who haven’t exceeded the duty-free allowance and have nothing to declare can proceed directly through the exit doors. All other passengers, or those unsure, should stop at the French Customs office.

Arrivals hall

Each terminal has its own arrival hall, located in the public area after customs and baggage reclaim. Visitors can check the terminal and designated exit on the airport monitors. Meeting points are available in each terminal after the baggage reclaim area.
