How to add tickets to your Navigo Easy card using your phone

Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to loading metro, bus, and RER tickets onto a Navigo Easy contactless card using the Île-de-France Mobilités app.

First, search for IDFM in your app store.
Tap the Purchase tab at the bottom of the home screen.

To change your language from the French homepage in the app, tap “Mon espace” (My account), then scroll down to “Paramètres” (Settings), and select “Langue et accessibilité” (Language and Accessibility).

Select Purchase on my Navigo pass.
Get your Navigo Easy card ready, and tap Read my pass.
Hold your Navigo Easy card against the top back of your phone.
Tap on Purchase a ticket.
Choose a product : Single, Day Pass, or Travel Pass

Single tickets = Bus, Metro, RER, or Airport tickets…
Day tickets = Navigo Day Pass.
Package = Paris Visite, Navigo Weekly or Monthly passes…

Select the ticket(s) or package(s) to purchase/to load.
An email address is required to send the purchase receipt, and you must accept the terms and conditions before proceeding to payment.
Payment can be made with most credit and debit cards, such as MasterCard and Visa.

Apple Pay or Samsung Pay may also be available, depending on your phone. Other payment methods such as PayPal or American Express are not accepted.

Hold your Navigo Easy card against the top back of your phone to load your ticket(s).
Your digital tickets are all set on your Navigo pass, ready to go !
