Liquids over 100 ml
Traveling with liquids in hand luggage ? The 100 ml rule is still in effect at most EU airports, including Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG).
Current rules for Hand luggage
- Liquids, gels, and aerosols (LAGs) in hand luggage must be in containers no larger than 100 ml.
- All containers must fit in a transparent, resealable 1-litre bag (one per passenger).
- Liquids over 100 ml must go in checked baggage.
- Exceptions exist for essential medicines, baby food, or special dietary liquids – these can exceed 100 ml if necessary.

Make sure to take the bag out of your carry-on at security – it makes the process quicker and easier !
