Directions & maps

Terminal 1 main building (map below) houses key functions such as check-in counters, immigration & baggage reclaim.

  • Level 2 – CDGVAL (before security)
    CDGVAL station ; Check-in zones 5 and 6 ; Food court ; Lost & Found.
  • Level 3 (before security)
    Check-in zones 1 to 4 ; Airline ticketing desks.
  • Level 4 (after security)
    Access towards boarding gates ; Duty-free shops.
  • Level 5 – Arrivals
    Baggage reclaim area ; Car rental ; Taxis.
  • Levels Blue, Red, Green
    P1 car park.

Arrivals

Terminal 1 is made up of a main (circular) building with satellite buildings used for disembarking and boarding.
Passengers from all incoming flights exit from the arrivals hall (Level 5, close to Exit 36) of the main terminal building.

Arrival guide

On leaving the aircraft, follow the signs ″Baggage-Exit″

Take the moving walkway (satellites are connected to the main building via tunnels)

If you have flown from a non-Schengen country you must clear immigration

Take the “glass tube escalator″ to upper level

Go to the baggage carousel for your flight number

Proceed to your check-in hall :
Level 2 → Check-in 5-6
Level 3 → Check-in 1-4

Use the airport monitors for check-in & gate informations

Follow the signs ″Boarding″ after check-in

Take the “glass tube escalator″ to upper level

Terminal 1 is served by :

  • Buses 350 & 351
  • Night buses Noctilien N140 & N143.
Travel by bus

Taxi

Official taxi stand is located at Level 5, Exit 24.
Upon arrival follow the signs ″Taxis″ while exiting the baggage reclaim area.

If you come to Charles de Gaulle by taxi, you will be dropped off in front of the departures hall (Level 3).

RER B (Paris by train) + TGV (Main lines trains)

  • RER B suburban trains serve terminal 1 at station Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 1.
    This station away from terminal 1 can be reached via the CDGVAL light rail.

  • TGV trains operate at Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 railway station located terminal 2.
    This station away from Terminal 1 can be reached via the CDGVAL light rail.

Proceed to your car rental counter in the arrivals hall (Level 5, between Exit 24 & 30).
